    Upload a photo

    One photo from the event. You see the painting on screen before anything is printed.

    We print the canvas

    The outlines go on an 8 by 10 canvas and every shape gets a number.

    We mix the paints

    Eight pots matched to the colors that came out of your photo, numbered to the canvas.

    It ships and you paint it

    Fill each shape with the pot whose number is printed in it.

Shipping and timing

Each canvas is printed and each set of paints is mixed after you upload, so there is no stock and nothing generic goes in the box. We have not shipped a paint kit yet. When you request one we reply by email with the total and the window we can get it out in, and nothing is charged before you say yes to both.

The paint kit is separate from the Kept event kit

The event kit is the box that runs the photo station on the day. The paint kit is ordered later, from a photo the event produced. Here is what the event box holds.

  • Numbered QR stickers, 2 inches square, matte so a pen writes on them
  • 5 by 7 table cards on cardstock with the three steps, printed and ready to set out
  • Wooden stands for the table cards
  • A test sticker outside the numbered set, so you can scan the station before guests arrive
  • A fine-tip pen that writes on the white border of an instant print
  • A host card with your event link, where the reveal switch is, and how to download everything
  • A rigid box the prints fit back into, so the photos go home in what the stickers came in
  • Camera and film are yours. The stickers fit the back of a Polaroid, an Instax Wide, or an Instax mini.
